First of all, I must say yoga has changed my life in so many ways I wouldn't be able to fit it all in this review. With my busy and inconsistent work schedule, I needed a studio that offered multiple classes 7 days per week, which Yoga Den provided. However, there was something different about this place.I could feel the true passion they had for yoga. I knew right away it wasn't "just a business" to them. I felt the positive chi and zen like atmosphere as soon as I walked through the door.The instructors are very non judgmental and will patiently assist and show you all the postures during the class.It's an extremely friendly and relaxed atmosphere that provides classes for every age and physical conditions. That is why I rate Yoga Den a 10 plus!

I enjoy the quiet atmosphere of Avondale and language and observation of yoga instructors. When visiting Mandarin for the first time Sunday morning, I found the talking in the space before the session somewhat distracting. The instructor and class were excellent. Yesterday was my first experience in a Yoga studio. I had previously taken yoga classes in a gym. Yoga Den was everything I had hoped it would be. Thank you!

The Den is so welcoming. Whether you are new or been there for years, you feel like part of the family.

I like the schedule. Having late classes (7:45) work great for people who work. Also love the power yoga and hot flow. Great workouts! Great instructors too!!

nice clean facilities and wonderful instructor

I have had classes in exercise (JCA, Jazzercise, etc.), but have not experienced as much welcoming, instruction and assistance as with the Yoga class and leader. The leader assisted me in a way that was not embarrassing.
