The activities I participate in, various levels of yoga, have fed my body, mind and spirit. Massages I receive have helped me heal in many ways. The service I have received has been beyond any business or organization customer sevice I have ever received. They need to adopt your business model. Variety and convenience. Optional cooler locations in heated classes would be nice. Have heard several people speak of this. James directed me to the back section of the room during his mandarin class and it was very acceptable for days when your body is not receptive to the more intense heat. I go to Town Center frequently because of the lightness of the air. You can be near heat or back away.

I felt welcomed when I came in and everyone is very friendly. The mind and body class I attended was everything I was hoping for, I felt real good when I left and Leigh was great.

Leigh was absolutely wonderful! I took the beginners class and she walked us theough each pose and constantly reminded us to breath through them. I could not be more satisfied.

Location, atmosphere, clean studio, friendly and knowledgeable staff, music, variety of classes and the variety of props offered (blankets, straps, blocks, etc.)

From the front desk to the mat, everything is perfect. I love the feel of the studio. It's an oasis in town. The instructors are always specific, encouraging, and attentive.

I've loved Yoga Den since my first class there, I don't even know how many years ago. The teachers, atmosphere and classes are wonderful.
