Classes are wonderful with a selection of different styles to suit everyone.
The entire experience from the friendly greeting to the sincere goodbye, was great. And of course, the class was fantastic. It was so soothing and the instructor held a perfect class for a beginner like myself just looking for the right yoga class to release stress. I will be back!

I am interested in the Ashtanga class as that is the lineage which began my yoga practice and is not always available .

Thanks for making my first experience with yoga a positive one! I like the variety of classes and the fact that you have enough for beginners. The instructors are wonderful and so great at helping you know different options. The atmosphere was great, and I felt very comfortable. I like the no judgement attitude and that there were all shapes and sizes in class. Me being new to yoga, I was very happy and am definitely going to keep coming to Yoga Den! Highly recommended!

A wide verity and times offered for class sessions that doesn't miss a heartbeat! Even on holidays! Plus the fact that you can buy individual classes and use at you leisure whether it be in 2 month or 1 year time. Very affordable and convenient!
The no judgement attitude is the best. The Mind and Body yoga is just what I need and there is no competition! Less likely to injure yourself to boot when you don't push yourself to extremes all to compete with your neighbor. The vibe is only good vibes.
