I love the enthusiasm and spirit, and that the instructors are so well trained and focus on the strengths of their students. I love that wether you're a novice or a seasoned yogi there is a practice for everyone and you're bound to feel at home. Unlike some very ornate and luxurious studios yoga den is simple, loving and warm, and a perfect place to grow without the unnecessary distractions. Before I discovered Yoga Den I was a runner, high energy and my perspective was "yoga is too slow for me." I had always associated yoga with meditation and downward dog. Neck injuries lead me to yoga and Now I wish I had known better several years back. Believe me there is more to downward dog. Yoga is comprehensive and the benefits surpass anything you'll find out the. Yoga Den rocks!!!

I loved the restorative class (u should def put another one on ur schedule.. Like one on Sat or Sun so if someone like me with a back injury needed to they could space 2 a week to build up to a different class...once a week would make it difficult for the progress to b able to take another different class) the room in the back was wonderful, liked the trees surrounding windows...love all the props, so helpful, instructor was great, gave lots of suggestions of how to progress into deeper stretches😊

Very friendly staff and calming atmosphere. The instructors that go to, mainly Lisa and Kristi, are knowledgeable and hands on in making sure that I am doing the positions correctly.

I like/ love frequency and availability of a variety of classes, excellent instructors, length of classes (1 1/2 hour mind body), location, warmth and professionalism of staff, so many things. Thank you for making all of this available in my life!

The kindness as soon as you enter. The instructor Heather was very knowledgeable and so patient and kind. This is a safe place to go. They exude only kindness and warmth.
