It's a btfl studio. Of the classes I go to Monday and Wednesday am , the teachers are excellent. Although there are rarely any lockers available.

Frequency of class and class types

The staff and instructors are always so friendly and welcoming. I particularly love how you all make such an effort to welcome those that are new to the practice.

Good variety of classes; quality instructors. More space between mats is preferred.

Proximity to my home and work, variety of times and class selection. My practice has changed my perspective on my health and lifestyle choices. The front desk staff are welcoming and helpful. Instructors are knowledgeable and approachable. I have one issue though but it is very fixable, the cloths and hand towels need to be replaced more frequently. I no longer ask for a face cloth, bring my own, whether that was your intention or not. It only took a couple of times of using a very foul smelling cloth to make that decision, however, had the same experience with the hand towel by the sinks. How can I not wash my hands and dry them to avoid this - can't happen. Small issue but leaves a very bad impression of the cleanliness of the whole facility. Thank you for taking the time to address this.

The staff are amazing; the classes are not great, but also very moving, sometimes spiritual & makes your whole self feel rejuvenated. The studios are always clean, the whole facility is very welcoming & comfortable.

I attended the Happy Hips session on the recommendation of a friend who is a member at Yogalife and the instructor was very good. I have decided to try the 1 month introductory unlimited yoga classes pass because of her. However, the only complaint I have was two of your employees at the front desk were having a personal conversation with a 3rd employee who was on her way out the door, I had to stand and wait for them to finish their "PERSONAL" conversation before I was even greeted or acknowledged...not a good impression for someone who has come to your establishment for the first time. I felt like I had put them out for interrupting their conversation and it wasn't until my friend whom they knew walked through and started to ask if I had been served etc. did they finally start to provide the level of service that should be for each and every person whether member or first time attendee.
