This is a really great family run studio. So far it has been an excellent experience.
The ability to drop in . I am thankful that yoga and Barre class have the opportunity for the individual to spontaneously decide to attend. I appreciate it so much when staff are welcoming . I am pleased that more Barre classes are becoming available! I like that community classes are available as well....Perhaps one for barre would be a good idea.
I especially like how all the staff do their best to know you by name, and work hard to ensure a clean, safe environment conducive to a happy yoga practice. Everyone is happy to have me there, and are gracious in helping me improve my poses. Finally, I appreciate how open the studio is, and the freedom to go at my own pace without judgement!

The deep spiritual, meditative aspect to the two classes I've been to so far. I'm used to bikrum and/or a more "intense" core focused, strength building type of yoga workout (but my Charlotte, nc studios and LA studio was quite unique and different than most... Then again this studio is quite unique to me as well so that's great!), but Modo has given me the most meditative spiritual experience I've had so far in my 400+ classes of bikrum/vinyasa/hot yoga practice so bravo to you guys! It threw me off at first but when I went to your regular modo yoga class last night, I felt right at home and knew all the poses and really challenged myself and got into it... Looking forwRd to my flow class next!

The staff that assisted me were friendly and knowledgeable. I haven't done yoga at a studio in a long time and as such really appreciated the time they took to explain what to expect.
