clean, pro environment....not too "preachy" --- I come for the exercise and physical wellness.... not so much the mental, but I do leave more relaxed....

I love that you have the Barre classes along with the hot yoga. Only wish there were one hour Barre at 4:30 and classes on Tuesday and Thursday as well.
