I am approaching my 9th year of being a member and I have no regrets walking through the doors to the unknown world of yoga. It has made major improvements in all aspects of my life. I love the community and can't think of one thing that I don't like. :)
I like the community. I've always felt welcomed. I've converted many friends to the power of hot yoga. One thing I would like to note is that in the last couple months I've noticed a lot of people coming into the hot room well after the class has started. As well as many people not observing the quiet room rule. I tried to give the first couple times the benefit of the doubt but after over four years of practice I've just never had it happen so often as it has lately.

Great vibe. Much more welcoming than Bikram studios I've been to – while coursework still remaining challenging and very worthwhile. Facility is also very nice. The lotion and soap in locker rooms are wonderful products.
