I love the workout. For me, at my age, it is a challenging workout, and I feel good that I am able to do it. When I have recommended it to friends, they reply, "It is too expensive for me." However, I think if they tried it, they would feel it was worth the money.

First I love the workout, it is amazing! Second, are the incredible instructors and last, is Megan. She makes your feel so welcome and that she cares, if you are there and what is going on in your life. Plus her inspirating message at the end of the workout always leaves me in a better place.

I love Barre3 because the workout is intense and effective. I love the studio in the Gulch because the people that work there call me by name--I feel that I really matter, unlike most places where I feel like just another client. The studio is so comfortable, and after the workout, I don't feel like I'm being pushed out the door. I can stay and ask questions, or just chat if I want. Most of all, I feel happy when I walk in the door, and even happier when I leave! Thank you Barre3,for changing my life, and giving me a place to exercise where I look forward to going!
Personalized attention to modifications for physical concerns
I like that you can do the workout at your own pace. Also the instructors encourage you to modify if you are having trouble keeping up.

Everyone is extremely friendly and welcoming! As I have done barre type classes with a few different gyms/businesses before, the workouts were similar and I have always enjoyed this type of workout, but the staff was what pushed me to buy a membership at Barre3 vs another business closer to my house.
It brings a diverse workout to my regular workout. Trainers are great and the atmosphere is calm. And you are very convenient.
