Love the class, exercises, duration, ending. Love that the equipment is minimal. Wish you would send Zoom links that expire 24 hours later for folks who miss the class (Kirkland does this).
Everything! I love everything about my barre3 experience. I have never had a workout that hit all my marks so well - cardio, strength training, mindfulness, body love, and stretching. I end every class tired in the best possible way and yet energized, more at peace, and more strong. And the community is amazing and has been a true lifeline during the pandemic. I so look forward to my time in a barre3 class amidst all the craziness of this life. And I have said it before and it is so true that I never thought at 42, after two kids, I could feel this strong and this good.
Love having the livestream option available, and there's a wide range of date/time options for classes! The instructors are so encouraging and I've loved the support provided by the studio.

Barre3 makes my days complete. The exercises are fun and diverse and I am always SO SORE after because it really is a full body workout. The employees at the Barre3 Frankfort Avenue location are the sweetest people and truly care about everyone who comes in the door. I am so impressed and proud of their flexibility this year during the pandemic.

The owner Kimberly is an amazing leader. She has an awesome group of staff that are kind, caring and push you to work your hardest. I always feel encouraged and not intimated. I also love the members. It is not only a workout but a boast to your mental health.
