I love the incredible total body work, but I also love the attention to listening to our bodies and engaging our minds in the movements. The atmosphere is so positive, warm, and welcoming! I adore the emphasis how one feels each day in his or her body and how that contributes to movement in class. I like the functional movement that strengthens our bodies for life! The instructors are phenomenal!

The Barre3 staff makes everyone feel welcome and as if they have been longtime friends. The classes make even the most uncoordinated and weak feel graceful and strong! Strong in mind and body. It’s the best overall body workout I’ve ever done and I’ve seen results. The classes and instructors are the best and they have all done an amazing job keeping us all going through this pandemic.
It took me a while to fully love Barre3, I will admit. I am a runner and love running so making time for this was secondary. Now, it is running that has become secondary. My running is strengthened by my barre3 practice. Gone are my IT band issues. Strengthening my core, my glutes and whole body enables me to do more. My favorite part of it is that it is largely focused on wellness and mental health. There are so many words of encouragement, ways to modify for where you are at each day and you end with a mindfulness practice which I draw upon often in my day. I love the instructors and the studios dedication to serving the wellness in the community. Really there is so much good to be said about my local Barre3 studio.
I like the barre 3 workout program. It’s challenging but it is allowing my joints to heal and my muscles to strengthen and it’s all without pain.
The livestream classes are as close as we can get to being in studio but with the comforts of my own home. The instructors are always really good at connecting with everyone before, during and after class. I believe that is the most important difference between the experience of a livestream class from an 80’s exercise video class.
Everything, our studio is extremely clean, the staff is great and instructors are knowledgeable and care about all of us.
I loved the new instructor Francesca! She pushed us to be our best selves and always complimented how well we were doing.
I love the expertise and knowledge of the instructors, the efficiency of the workout. I love being able to Zoom from my home.
Very inspirational, but being a newcomer to an online class makes it a little hard to follow, especially having had double knee surgery.
I thoroughly enjoyed the class and followed it for the entire session.
I think I will most likely take it later.
An in person class might be best for me as the instructor can readily spot me and help me find the correct position to use.

Tons of streaming classes to choose from (ranging from half an hour to 60 minutes), never the same workout twice, instructors provide modifications throughout each class so if something isn't working for you/doesn't feel right, you can still participate. For me, the workouts are challenging but don't feel impossible/discouraging and the instructors are unfailingly positive and supportive. The breathwork at the end of each class has saved my bacon on many a stressful day!
