We loved JD. He walked us through the whole house and gave us tips and suggestions about modifications that need to be made in the house. I loved how he might the experience very personal to our living style and made us feel very comfortable in our new home. Moving into a new home is already nerve-wracking, along with being told that there are problems with your new homes. But JD truly went out of his way to educate us on these issues and how to tackle these problems. I highly recommend!

He noted the good and verified the bad in the house while providing some serious detail as to why and how certain things are issues and are not.
