He gave helpful recommendations about what needed to be taken care of and when might want to get certain tasks done. JD was very approachable and clearly explained about the necessary repairs. JD and Highland Homes helped us to have a smooth inspection process and brought us some comfort during a stressful home buying experience.

This is the second time we use your services. The just like last time, the inspector was very professional, thorough, patient, precise in his statements and went the extra mile with some side explanations. Furthermore he made himself highly available for follow up questions which is very valuable and highly appreciated when dealing with tight timelines on the contract terms and needing that extra assurance that we can get on time all the answers we may need.
