Brandon was very good on the inspection.
Found a small gas leak on the newly installed hot water heater.
Other items were not noticeable but highlighted as something to fix or may be a issue at a later date.
Brandon took about 3 hours for the whole house. Other inspections I have been at were less than 2 hours

Tamill is an awesome inspector! He's very thorough in his inspection, explanation, and report. He explained in detail what issues he found and also shared the positives! As a first time homebuyer I was clueless and he explained everything to where I could understand it and he also shared home maintenance tips with me. He encouraged me to ask questions and I didn't feel rushed at all. He even asked me to ask more questions! Another plus was I received the detailed inspection report within a few hours with pictures and all the information we discussed. I was very impressed with his work and appreciate him for the encouraging words he shared with me! Book with him to make sure you are making a sound decision and save money in the long run.
