Dan and his wife were friendly, helpful, and thorough. You could tell they both took pride in their work and genuinely cared that we were aware of minor to major issues and were on route to purchasing a safe home. They sat down with both my husband and I, and the seller to go through his initial findings. Additionally, I let them know this was my first home buying experience and didn't quite speak the language or really know the ins and outs of what makes a home tick. They gave me a "home management" book and made the entire process feel way less scary. Additionally, Dan sent us recall info on all of the appliances we would be purchasing from the seller AND a really neat online "Home Binder" program that helps with managing routine service checks, paint colors, and other house management type things. They were great.
