I'm also very glad that I opted for the Thermal Imaging Scan. We actually spotted a potential leak from the upstairs bathroom that appeared clearly as a blue spot on the living room ceiling when viewed with the Thermal Scanner. There would have been no way to know about this leak otherwise. So, the little bit of extra money I spent on the Scan actually saved me more money in potential costly repairs had the leak gone un-noticed and resulted in major damage.
