The inspection was done very promptly and the 40 plus pages were delivered within a few hours after the inspection so we were able to make a decision shortly before we had to submit an offer for the house. The report was very thorough and very useful. Since my wife and I were at our current home in NY at the time, we asked our daughter, who lives nearby to our new house to go to the house so she could see the inspection, and the inspector gave my daughter a lot of good information. The same inspector also did the inspection for our daughter's and husband's house that they purchased several months ago, and they recommended that we should use the Highland Home Inspections.
