Professional, timely and knowledgeable.

Alex was extremely friendly, professional, and very knowledgable throughout the entire inspection. Not only was he well-trained (a credit both to his own ability but also to his employer), he was willing to walk around with us (the buyers) and teach us the intricacies of how systems work as well which, as a first-time home buyer, was crucial as I begin to learn more about home maintenance.
