Very informative and very professional
Derrik was phenomenal! As a first-time home buyer this process was new to me. He spoke in terms I understood and used analogies to bridge my knowledge gap and find a common ground. The "sewer guy" (Joe) encouraged me to watch the sewer scope and explained what I was seeing. Derrik and Joe make a great team and turn something boring into an enjoyable experience. The inspection lasted several hours and every minute was productive.

Our house inspection brought some windows to our attention that were not properly installed and sealed. With possible issues of mold, deterioration and weather infiltration. The inspection also pointed out some trees were growing too close and not properly maintained. It allowed us to try and negotiate replacement windows, along with tree trimming/maintenance.
