I am concerned about fees going up, as more agents join I would think that the fees could be held or even reduced.

The attitude at your office seems to be that we work for you. And that you are a government entity. I've dealt with the state and they were friendlier and more accommodating than you guys.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I believe that what we pay for and what we get from Main Street is totally imbalanced. Not enough classes in ALL areas and the most we get is the MLS and we have to pay for that too!!!

I had an issue that needed immediate assistance and I received immediate and courteous assistance. Most people at the Arlington Heights office are easy to talk to and very helpful.
