Association is too large and not user-friendly. All events are held way south and no involvement from people farther north.
I love how everyone at our association is so willing and eager to help with whatever you need! The bigger bonus is they do it with a smile in their voice! or in person!

I recently switched to Mainstreet from another organization, and staff seem to be very helpful. I called to change the location of a training I was taking, and staff took the time to pull up my info and informed me the course I took at my previous organization transferred so I did not need to retake the training.
