How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I was expecting to have membership access by Friday Feb, 10, 2017. Today is Monday February 13, 2017 and I am able to log on to the membership site, but still don't have access to MLS.

I am a new realtor and access to that is very important especially because there are many up front fees to be paid, so working with MLS to start the business is extremely important and there cannot be any delays whatsoever.

Thanks for allowing me to be honest with your organization.

like different courses, although I think they could be cheaper, I take continuing ed other places because it is less expensive
