I would rec orange shoe if I was satisfied person could afford the training, whic is fairly expensive. I think all pers traing is expensive and the market is shrinking and t he competition is fierce. I train because I want to be pushed beyond what I might do on my own and , I want personalized routines with innovative exercises, and monitoring re progress. I want/ expect all of this notwithstanding my age. Because of my travels, I have not experienced the progress and monitoring I would like. Together we need to work on this. Each trainer provides me with excellent advice, motivation, and challenges. I have not missed one session in six months because they have provided a happy and positive enviroment for me to continue to grow.
I like that the trainers are encouraging and if you have an injury or pain somewhere, they'll give you an alternative exercise. I like that I am challenged with every work out and if there's a new exercise, they teach how to do it and follow up and make sure you're doing it right. Everything is very tailored to each person's level even in group classes.
The only thing I don't like is how expensive it is. It's breaking my bank!

Top notch trainers. It is unusual that ALL of a gym's trainers are great, but these are. They are all both knowledgeable and really enjoyable to work with. Great trainers as well as just cool human beings.
