I feel that I get more individual attention @ a gym the size of orange shoe. But it is the trainers that do that. They see many people in the course of their day and each one (from what other clients say too) has an attitude that is upbeat, positive... I can't help but feel better after being @the gym. I don't move as well as many others but Katie's classes help me physically & I like hearing how all the moves & thoughts can effect how we go through our day!

I think you have some of the best trainers, and I think the studio environment makes things a lot more accessible to anyone who doesn't find the big box gym concept palatable. I think you also would be an excellent choice to anyone getting into fitness or anyone who had particular limitations.

All of the trainers are fantastic - friendly, knowledgeable, encouraging, responsive. And, most importantly, you get results.
The trainers. They are the best! Only one reason why I gave a 9. The gym is small & somewhat crowded in the early morning. Also, not much cardio equipment. This would not be ideal for some who need to use treadmill and elliptical more often.
Personal to my needs. All team members know what my wishes are and can work with me based on the program written by my primary fitness coach. Which allows me to work out on my schedule.
