the sales person every time i have come seem to know what they are talking about. the sales man this time recommended some inserts but did not push the extra sell on me, after trying the inserts he thought they would not be a good idea for my foot. the store is clean and the workers have gone out of their way to make sure i have been taken care of.

Knowledge about products, honesty, and committment to helping people succeed in their endeavors. I trained three years ago w/ FF for my first marathon and have been back to train for a half several times. I live in Claremore so I only do my long runs on Sat. w/ FF but I love it. The girl that helped me (April, I think was her name) took the time to listen to me and my concerns and really worked with me to find a running shoe that would be perfect for me and explained why each shoe she brought out would work for me. Also, when we were done and had picked the shoe and had it fitted she had her manager check the fit to make sure it was right-she wanted to make sure that I was going home with a well fitted shoe. Which I did! Thanks so much to her--she was wonderful!

Offer good line & variety of products for runners & walkers. Although I purchased shoes from another sales lady, the day before, Anissa worked very hard showing me shoes.

I like that you take the time and effort to make sure that each customer has a shoe that will fit them correctly. Every person has a different foot shape and step. You take the time to assess that and find a shoe that works for them. Keep up the good work. I'll be refering all my friends and family.

Kenny, the sales associate who helped me, was extremely knowledgable, very well, articulated, polite, and managed to guide me into a pair of great running shoes, pair of sandals, running insoles, and dress insoles as well as several pair of socks. All of that and I wouldn't have it any other way, even if you didn't have such a great selection, methods, and quality, I'd still be back because of Kenny. He is much deserving of the praise and I hope he is being appreciated appropriately! Both the store, and Kenny will be getting referrals and high praise from me to anyone who'll hear it.
