Katrina was super patient and super helpful. I'd never been fitted for shoes before and it was quite the learning experience. She didn't just hand me a shoe and tell me to put it on. She explained the type of shoe my foot needed and chose samples based on my need rather than just making the sale. Then she taught me the marathoner's method to tying my shoes - changed my life! :)
The staff will spend as much time as it takes to make sure you have the shoe you are most comfortable with. Also, we have never felt pressured to buy a more expensive shoe.

I was impressed with your staff. They were not only very knowledgeable, but took the time necessary to ensure that I had a good experience..patient and thorough,but didn't have to spend hrs getting fitted with the right foot wear so I could go on with my day. I really like that you use a treadmill and video to analyze your customers gait patterns.
