I had a good experience both times I came into this location. My shoe expert was informative and able to get me into something while I was on a limited time frame (on my lunch hour). I had to come back for an exchange which I was surprised to know they had this, since most places do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds for footwear. Once you wear them, they are yours. But needless to say, I was not happy with the performance with the first pair of shoes I walked out with. returned a few days later and I was able to return the original shoes for a different pair that I am very pleased and happy with. I will be a returning customer for my out door footwear.

Love the shoes. I think I am going to try the inserts to see if that helps too. The salesperson was very helpful and friendly.
I love the inserts and shoes that I purchased. I fractured my foot on January 1st. My specialist told me to purchase a good shoe to transition back to walking. My principal had a great experience at Fleet Feet with her shoes and inserts. So, she recommended I go there, too. A kindergarten teacher is on her feet most of the day. I just had to try them. Just love your products!
