Craig was very helpful and made me feel like he was committed to helping me find the best shoe for my foot, without trying to upsell me or pressure me to buy more than I could afford. it was the most helpful sales experience I have ever had at a place comparable to Fleet Feet. I got the information I needed and the service I needed without any of the negative experiences that I often have at places that provide close personal service (like pressure, or the feeling that the focus of the sales person is on making the biggest sale they can and not on meeting your needs).
Honestly, my only concern is that money is a real issue for me currently and I am not sure that Fleet Feet would always have the best price. Nevertheless, at this point I would probably buy my next pair of shoes from you all.

As a new want to be serious runner at age 63 I didn't know anything about proper footwear or how long it would take to break in, so I came to Fleet Feet for shoes. Ater about six weeks of having and loosing various pains in all the usual running pain areas I developed soreness on the bone about halfway down the outside of the right foot. It began to feel bruised and at about two months I called and was asked to bring in the shoes. The young man determined it was because the shoes were too narrow. He gave me another wider pair for which I expected to pay at least a pro-rated charge. He stated Fleet Feet is committed to resolving fitting issues with new shoes they sell and gave them to me at no additional charge. This is the type of service and commitment I have bragged about to anyone who talks to me about running and some who don't.

I appreciated the sells associates, Craig and Maggie, taking time to make sure that my shoes fit right, were comfortable, and what I needed. I also appreciate that when I came back in, after speaking with Craig the fist time, and Craig was busy with another customer that he went and asked Maggie to help out. She was very friendly and knowledgeable in the products and what I needed.
Sales staff is well trained. My daughter lives in Dallas, yet, I took her to Fleet Feet to be fitted for running shoes this week. I feel confident that the sales staff knows their "stuff" and a good fit will be the end result.
Because I was still in your system from a few years ago, I was in and out quickly. I was treated very well, got shoes that fit great, and were reasonably priced.
They have good service and really try to get the best shoes to fit your needs. Also I like the variety of options for running shoes.

Olga is awesome! She was very attentive & knows how to help fit a person with the correct shoe. I love my new shoes & sandals and my feet already feel so much better AND I've been able to increase my cardio workout by 10-15 minutes b.c. my feet don't hurt!

Even though the store was very busy, a sales assistant made it a point to get someone to help me right away. The young man was knowledgeable, personable, and very polite. He measured my feet and suggested appropriate footware that have been great for me. I immediately suggested my husband go to Fleet Feet even though he has shopped at Runners World for years. He went and was very impressed too.
Drew was very knowledgable. I never thought I would consider anything but Asics after 8 years. After assessing my stride and listening to me, he brought out the Saucony also and low and behold, those were the ones that I actually chose. He said he thought those were the ones I would like best. He even suggested a good place for lunch. Can't beat that!!

The shoes seem to be very comfortable (I have never had really comfortable tennis shoes before) and the salesman who helped me was very accommadating. I would like to thank him for his help.

I liked the actual customer service that you provide. I just started running and bought my first pair of running shoes at Fleet Feet about a week ago. When I went in the staff gave me their undivided attention and helped me choose a pair of shoes that was right for me. He did not mind if I tried on every pair he brought out multiple times. He was very patient and did not seem the least bit put out by my multiple questions or my loud children that I brought along.
Overall it was fantastic customer service. There was a wide variety of product to pick from. I enjoyed the atmosphere in the store. I will definitely refer people.
