The service was outstanding! I was there at 9:30 on a Saturday morning. Even though the hours posted were 10am - ?? Joel let me in anyway. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He measured both feet and filmed me running on the treadmill before making his shoe recommendations. I love my new shoes. The service was so great I decided to checkout the sports bras as well. Debbie was extremely helpful and made me feel very comfortable. I bought one of those as well. I like that the store was well stocked and the staff very accomodating. Thank you Fleet Feet!

I've wasted a lot of money trying to find running shoes that did not hurt my feet. When I went into the Tulsa store I told the associate, Olga, I was looking for help to find the right shoe for my feet. Olga was very helpful. She spent quality time with me to find the best shoe from measurements, to looking at my stance, to videoing my run and letting me see that I was overpronating. She chose several shoes for me to try and even let me go outside and run!!! She even recommended to right socks and insert. I've only ran in the shoes once but I can already feel a huge difference. Even though I'm only in the inserts for the adjustment times, I also notice a positive difference. She was a blessing, the time and effort she put into solving my issues was deeply appreciated. It relieved much frustration. Thanks Olga!!

Selection, knowledge and great service. Love that my info is on file and can call before leaving Bville to be sure you have my shoe in the right size.
I like the personal attention and expertise re: shoe fittings. As a business owner myself, I see the evidence of great training among the Fleet Feet staff. The only thing I would suggest would be for all staff located at the cashier center (regardless of current function ie: ringing someone up) they should make eye contact with every customer that enters the store & greet them...ie: the QuikTrip model.
Good selection of gear, sales staff attentive but not pushy.

Fleet Feet provides personalized service i dont get anywhere else in Tulsa. Your associates ask questions about specific needs, and see to it that those needs are met with top quality products.
I like the fact the your employee's are knowledgeable about the products sold.
Katrina is outstanding. She took great pains to evaluate our feet and running styles then chose shoes that would work for us. I know we paid a premium for the shoes, but the service was incredible.

I had a foot problem and one of your associtates put me on the treed mill and showed me what my foot was doing.I hadn't been able to run for 6 weeks because of the injury. He told me that my shoes were to small and that I needed a insert. I bought a pair of shoes that he recommende and the inserts. I am now able to run and my foot feels much better. Thanks again!
