Drew was VERY helpful in analyzing my foot placement, then fitting me with the shoe that "felt like a sock" when I tested it outside the store, fitting me with the correct orthodics and recommending the best running socks I have ever owned (besides the shoes, of course). Service level is beyond expectations but appreciated considering possible issues with peoples feet, legs, knees, etc. It's nice to know what you should be looking for when you buy running shoes because of the potential to injure yourself when running.

Personal service for a very hard to fit size. I come there every two years, like clock work to get new shoes for work. I have had plantar fascitis in the past, your store was recommended for a good fit...it was a good fit, and I have returned 3 more times!

The time & attention to the shoe fitting process. That's why I brought my daughter in for her first (real) pair of running shoes. And to show her that sometimes you need to go where people have some specialized training.

I had Erin fit me with my shoes and her trainer did my gait analysis. This allowed be not to just get shoes that fit my feet only, but fit my gait as well.
