I like the idea of being fitted for the right shoes. However, I hate my shoes and my feet hurt, so I question the training/knowledge of the staff member who fitted me. I paid a lot of money for my shoes and will wear them because I can't take them back now. However, I won't get fitted next time - I'll buy what I think I need, not what someone else says I need.

How willing they are to make sure your shoes are fitting correctly and help whatever problems you may be having.

My customer rep was excellent. I wish I could remember his name!! He took time to make sure he had the right measurements and fit me for the best shoe possible. He did not try to sell me the highest price shoe but gave me options of the best shoe for me.

Personalized, focused service. I felt like I was the only one in the store while the employees were helping me. I also like that they didn't just throw a pricy pair of shoes at me but kept pulling shoe after shoe and watching me walk in them time & again until we found the exact right one.
