The lady just didn’t go deep enough even though I had continually told her she could do more pressure and go deeper. Maybe she just was not the right masseuse for me.

Customer service at the front desk is great. Kimberly was amazing. I felt so relaxed until the next day I still feel relaxed. That massage was long overdue and that one time service really gave me relief from all the stress and body aches I've had in a long time.
Everything from the receptionist to the therapist. Very nice relaxing atmosphere.
From the first phone call with the receptionist to the moment I walked in the lobby with employee's children misbehaving to the massage itself, I was thoroughly disappointed. I left LaVida feeling worse than when I walked in and that should simply never happen. :( Please have owner call me at Phone number removed to discuss. First time there and I found everyone very pleasant and the facility comfortable. You offer a lot of services and that makes it nice to be able to choose. I like the program being offered for the monthly service at a discount that can be used by another family member.

My husband I have been going to Lavida for over 3 years and have had a great experience every time. We joined the monthly membership and it's well worth the investment. We are both athletic and this is all a part of investing in our health. I have to give a special shout out to Scott who has helped me with my personal journey of losing 100lbs. My husband has had back issues for years and Kelly has helped him feel like a brand new man. Both are a great asset to Lavida's team. The front desk representatives are always professional and pleasant. A great place to be!

Great facilities and environment. Staff is very personal and professional. Personally, I had Sarah as my masseuse, and can say with no exaggeration, it was the best and most productive massage I've had. She was really attentive to issues I deal with and went after them aggressively. Friendly, professional, and provided insight and knowledge on helping me work on these things away from LaVida. No coincidence she is great and knowledgeable at her job and receives high approvals, as she clearly cares about her profession and customers. 2 thumbs up for LaVida and Sarah. Wouldn't try anywhere else after my experience.
