Personnel are very efficient and professional
Very relaxing, great service
Everyone was nice and all. But I didn't feel I got my money's worth out of the massage itself. There was a time during the massage that almost nothing was happening, which ate into my 90 minutes. The area of focus was supposed to be on my back and shoulders, not my legs.
Gretchen was amazing! She massaged the areas I mentioned and even made suggestions on how to relieve my jaw pain. I will definitely be back.
Such a relaxing experience from the moment I get in there.

Clean and professional therapists.
There are so many things I like about La Vida. The front office staff is amazing. They are always so helpful and pleasant. Jodie is the best masseur! He is very receptive to listen to where my aches and pains are and adjusts during the massage when I say "OMG! Right there!!!" I look forward to my monthly appointments.

Not only are these sessions relaxing, but technicians also address problem areas and usually provide relief afterward.
The Massage was very good, no issues there. I was told on the phone that my message was $70, and when I finished they said it was $100 plus tip I gave. That is way to expensive for a massage and the people on the phone weren't truthful, very disappointing. Lastly when you walk in, there is nobody at front desk to greet you , and you end up talking to a Video Screen, never seen that in my life, and the folks that help were not that helpful. Sheila did a very good job, but at those prices I won't be coming back.

Eris is incredible! She has a calming presence and is extremely skilled at using techniques to release tight muscles.

Variety of services and options. Easy online appointments. Friendly desk staff - always helpful. Appointments are on time. I have two favorite therapists that I feel completely comfortable with. I enjoy the membership discount and points for add-on services.
I just don’t think I ever get a good massage there. I like a deeper massage. It was like just rubbing my skin. My son bought it for me as a gift. It’s a wonderful gift but I’m going to have to find another massage parlor. Sorry!

My normal therapist has gone and I tried another. Today is Friday and I am still sore. Not relaxing at all. I would like a manager to give me a call.
