Friendly, kind, and very clean
I'm terminating my contract after many years bc over half of my appointments have been cancelled or rescheduled over past year. I have very limited time options and make my appointments months in advance to accommodate my schedule and to get with therapist who does deep tissue .
I appreciated Robyn and her expertise. She is new to the Plymouth location and I could not be happier with my most recent massage. The tightness in my quads and calves was unreal, yet Robyn was able to work out much of the stiffness giving me more comfort and better range of motion while exercising. Thank you LaVida Massage and Robyn!

I really like massage services by Carrie. She is very skilled, attentive to her clients' needs and very engaging. Because of this, she is so popular, which results in her limited availability for future scheduling. This, in turn, leads to unused massage credits when we have to wait 2-3 months to get on her schedule.
Nikitia is the best!
My facial felt rushed, the movements of the ET were too fast, the steam was too much to the point it was difficult to breathe.

I had two different massages and both were excellent. But the last one overall a 10. Thank you Jada. Customer service was great too. Both ladies at front desk.
The receptionist are always welcoming. Michael Ray (my therapist), is well seasoned and therefore very attentive to the needs of his client. Each session I walk away feeling much better than when I first started with him. Recently, I did a stretch session. Michael Ray was very thorough in his explanations of what would happen in the session. In addition, he explained each stretch throughout the session.

I love my deep tissue massage that I received from Rene. She took my input and made the space a safe one. I truly appreciate her work and consideration for her clientele.

Great service and quality of messages and facials
Dean was great. Atmosphere was very calming. Front desk was very friendly.

I love all of LaVida's services. I get at least a monthly massage with Adam who is wonderful at deep tissue massage and recovery. I look forward to every time I go in there.
