I like that they come as scheduled or phone in advance if there is an issue. They do a great job and always leave a note saying what extra area they concentrated on.

Only thing I'm not thrilled about is sometimes they leave the garbage they collected inside the door for me to dispose of and sometimes they take it. I'd prefer them to take it with them. The garbage bin is right outside beside the street they would park on.

It was wonderful to walk into my home and not have to worry about not being able to clean it. It was already clean. And, not just clean - sparkling. I also appreciated that it did not smell like harsh chemicals. I can't wait for next time.

The teams are well organized , thorough in their methods.

For the most part Merry Maids does a great job. It does make things a lot easier knowing you don't have to do anything when you get home.
