My cleaner is very thorough and friendly. She doesn't waste time and seems to enjoy her job. I love walking into my condo once the cleaning is complete. The air smells so fresh, the floors, sinks, counters, shower, and appliances are polished with care. Always a pleasure to have Merry Maids in my home.

Service is reliable. Reminder Emails issue was addressed. Cleaning is done properly. I like that one person comes to do the cleaning. My old company sent in teams with mixed results. I like that if I call then I am talking to someone in Etobicoke. The old company always had a person answer in Ohio and left a message for the manager in Mississauga. I am pleased that I switched to Merry Maids for these reasons.

Merry Maids (Larissa) is punctual, thorough and very reliable in her/their service.
I get a phone call reminding me what time they are coming; I can always count on them to do a thorough job. It's great that they bring their own cleaning products.
