you are friendly and good with my pets that is important to me. you do an overall great job but I would like you to do some wiping of my bathroom walls and this is important to me. overall , I have not got one complaint, feel it is worth the money and know i can trust you guys to do the right thing and for me to trust people in the company of my animals, this is a big thing. so far, I feel v ery secure with your service and do recommend you to my friends.

I like the fact that Merry Maids call to let me know when the girls will be arriving. I asked for unscented products, and that's what they use. The girls are in and out in reasonable time, and are willing to do an extra (like dusting radiators) if I ask them. I have recommended Merry Maids to my friends.

LIKES: with 2 cleaners, they are in and out quickly; cleaners are normally very friendly; office is normally responsive to any issues
DISLIKES: cleaning is mediocre, I often find myself wishing something or other had been cleaned more thoroughly

I don't know anything about the products used (which is just how I like it, having outsources all the headaches that go with cleaning, cleaning products etc. to the very capable Merry Maids!), but the services are excellent: thorough, careful and professional. Thank you!
I really like Carmen. I'm much more comfortable knowing it is the same team coming to my house each time, as Carmen and her team are very thorough and she really likes all my pets. This is important because the noise of the vacuum cleaner can scare my pets but they're used to Carmen so it's not that traumatizing for them.
The girls are always very prompt, arriving at the time scheduled. They do an excellent
job and we have no complaints about their work.
The products are effective and leave the house smelling great -- even erasing the doggie smell!. Everything is always sparkling clean, too. I love my current two ladies -- Kaloutie and Leena. They are very efficient and provide thorough cleaning, plus they are very good-humoured and put up with my dog!

Always consistently on time; whole house cleaned each time and attention rooms means the whole house is really clean all over in a three months. your products leave great smell and i love coming home on Thursdays - to find the house cleaner than i left it!
