This is the second time using Carson Dunlop and we were very impressed with the service. The report was full of detail and the cost was justified. The professionalism of inspector and thoroughness of inspection with detailed explanations of areas of concern in the home were appreciated.
One suggestion would be to have a printout of report mailed to the clients as not all individuals have access to the internet and printers.

Hal Woolley. Hal has performed house inspections twice. He was great each time - very responsive and thorough - and this though the inspections were for different purposes. The first time Hal did an inspection was when I was selling my home and my real estate agent wanted a home inspection done for potential purchasers. The next time was on our new home which we had purchased without an inspection due to timing constraints. Hal was very helpful in both situations and I would use him again and recommend him without hesitation.
