My wife and I purchased our first condominium and Josh Natovitch was our Home Inspector.

From our first introduction Josh made my wife and I feel very comfortable. He explained the process and them immediately went to work evaluating the condo. Once completed Josh then took the time to go over each aspect of his inspection explaining everything in laymen's terms. Never once did Josh make us feel uncomfortable when we asked numerous questions and he took the time to repeat the important items of his inspection.

We were also very impressed that Josh took the time to ensure that we were understood the importance of his inspection and explained in detail how we should proceed with any of the deficiencies.

It goes without saying that my wife and I were very impressed with the entire process and would recommend Josh and Carson Dunlop to anybody looking for a quality home inspection.
