The inspector was prompt, thorough and explained in detail several items he found in our potential new house. Being first time buyers with very limited knowledge of home maintenance and 'terms', he went through things in plain language. INVALUABLE. I've had instances where experts\inspectors have been obnoxious and outright rude. This wasn't the case and I will recommend the service to everyone I know. Especially Scott.

I appreciated the differen approach that was used for this house inspection. Typical house inspections I have encountered in my past was very rushed. Previous home inspectors would just use their common checklist, ticking things off as they go. In the past, I would have to literally read through the tiny fine print through each ticked item and determine what was wrong.
What is different about this home inspection was the type of report we received once everything was completed. I did not expect a soft copy of the house inspection that included pictures tht specifically had circles and arrows that point directly to the issues that needed attention. I appreciated the presentation at the end of the inspection on the iPod and the explanations provided. The report was straight to the point and very easy to understand.
One thing I really was impressed about was the recall report. I was not expecting that and it was nice to receive.
Using the company that created the home inspection book was dry reassuring for me, especially after the negative experience I had throughout the entire purhase of the home and my relationship with this builder. I will definitely recommend your company to my family and friends.
