The inspection was conducted quickly, and as thoroughly as the weather permitted (snow, freezing etc.). The report was detailed, and the telephone explanation prior to the release of the final report gave us a good understanding of the findings and recommendations of the inspection.

We didn't get the house. But we will use Carson Dunlop for the inspection of the next home we decide to make an offer on.
