Our inspector Jim Gibson was very thorough. I liked how he took me through each room and explained in layperson's terms the things I needed to know. I was really impressed to receive the full report the same evening as the inspection. Receiving the homeowners' book was a nice surprise at the end, as were the additional reports on the local schools, the police check for drug houses,and the appliance recall checks sent to me the following day. Carson Dunlop was recommended to me by a colleague, and I have alreay passed along the recommendation to another colleague.
