We were helped by Cole in your Laguna Niguel store and the rest of the staff, however I do have to make a special notation regarding your employee Cole. I watched Cole as he had helped customers prior to helping my fiance and I, and he was so detailed and cared so much in the way that he wouldn't put anyone into anything he wouldn't wear himself. I thought for sure, by the time it was my fiance's turn, Cole would have been a little burnt out, as he had to go through the same exact explanation on suits, ties, shoes, etc. However this was not the case at all! Cole was SO PATIENT SO PROFESSIONAL, I have been in the customer service industry for nearly 20 years, and I was blown away with his service. He is someone YOU DO NOT WANT TO LOSE. He was so patient, and was able to show us multiple arrangements of suits, ties, vests, pants, and honestly, his craft in dealing with customers and their family members is priceless. You need to make sure you continue to provide the support and career path to this young man as he has a VERY BRIGHT future ahead of him. Very smart, chooses his words wisely, and in all honesty deserves the best. I would recommend Friar Tux to anyone as everyone had wonderful customer service. However, Cole was certainly one that stuck out to me and deserves the special recognition. Thank you for putting Mercito in such a beautiful BEAUTIFUL suit, because of you ... we had the most beautiful photos and memories, thank you so much!

Very helpful and very inexpensive
Very efficient and professional. I live in Oregon and had to rent a suit in Temecula and from the initial phone call, going to a sister store in OREGON for measurements, to try on and pick up / drop off, everything was seamless. Even when the sales rep forgot my socks - he called me while I was still in parking lot and was able to get the socks.
The one item of feedback was on quality of suit. It was OK but not great. I would think you could open a new market with renting high end suits.

Cameron and all her associates were very professional, courteous and accurate throughout the very efficient process of sizing and delivery. I believe I rented from Friar Tux when I was a teenager many years ago and from what I remember, it also was a pleasant process even then.
Your company gets a 20 out of 10 in customer service and the same in your products- everything fit perfectly!!!

I like the fact that they never make anything feel like it's a hassle and I recently returned the tuxes for my daughter's wedding and requested that I keep the silk hanky and cufflens as a memory I offered to pay for it but one of salesman said please let this be our gift to you that said a lot about them I would recommend them highly
