The staff is wonderfully warm, accommodating and becomes truly connected to you over time.
There is variety in the practices offered. Each instructor lends an environment to flex your specific needs in. Rock a cardio/pilates/yoga heartbeat? Flow and Breath? Restorative? They have it all and then some.
The payment methods are convenient and in range with other hot yoga studios in Seattle.
The small mercantile is well curated and unique in it's offerings. I particularly enjoy the Aveda Chakra aromas and the natural yoga mat cleaner.

I like how each teacher's practice is so different, yet united in the purpose of building both personal and community strength and power.

I love that the intensity of classes at Haute is not always ball busting but we can take our practice higher if we choose to. I turn to the classes with more meditation and life lessons on days I'm feeling low or lagging in motivation. I appreciate Hauteyoga as a safe place for refuge where I can feel empowered and gain center.

I love that the studio offers late night classes! Also, the classes are not typically over-crowded. I feel that hauteyoga is a studio where individual personality is fostered/valued and it enhances my experience as a student. Some studios has instructors that are all the same or lead class in a manner that is "consistent" with the studio philosophy or bias. Hauteyoga has authentic, unprentious instructors who throw in different approaches, moves and ideas that I have not encountered elsewhere and it has pushed me, allowed me to grow and express myself in my own unique way.
