The studio is super clean and the staff/teachers are amazingly friendly and welcoming. The classes themselves are fun, yet challenging, and I've grown a lot in my practice just the few months I've been attending thus far.
The class taught by Ginger was low-pressure, but challenging. After a few year hiatus from hot yoga her encouragement and open-minded approach to class was an outstanding re-introduction for me.
Some yoga classes are run by militant-type instructors; this one wasn't like that. Thank God!
