It is convenient and fast when it comes to getting a shuttle! We use this every time we fly about 2-3 times a year.
It’s so easy! Make the reservation, check in, park, get on the shuttle and get to the terminal. When returning, we check the app and get in the shuttle, get to the car and are in our way. No fuss!

It is very easy process. However i wonder if the staff feel appreciated. It’s hit or miss with drivers. Sometimes they get bags sometimes they don’t.
Since south became a location, wait times have been longerbut I feel it’s gotten a little better.
Sometimes the drivers appear stressed out or not as friendly/offering to get bags, not great with communication but sometimes they are good! It’s inconsistent experience. Would like to be able to tip with a qr codes since we don’t always have cash on us let alone bills smaller than a $10. Would like to make sure drivers are appreciated and hopefully that helps with their consistency!
