I would like to make a comment which kind off disregards the process of creating an online reservation for valet. Because when I get in to the facility using the QR code to enter the valet area of the facility, I still have to go to the counter inside to check in, which defeats the purpose of using the online reservation, as it is an additional unnecessary step that I need to do, especially where there is a line that wastes our time.

Purpose of valet is supposedly easy check in and go. Not park, get a ticket, go to the counter to check in and then go.

With reservations, I always have a guaranteed spot.

I can pay in advance. I have secure parking. There is assistance if needed, but self serve also. I get picked up and dropped off at my car. I get AAA discount. I can reserve a time.

Efficient and easy, especially with the app. Prices are competitive and ingress/egress is fast. Staff at gate and in shuttles could not be nicer. Have been using the Spot the last few trips and would not even think of parking elsewhere.

Picked up immediately after arrival before 5 Am in morning. Pickup at airport was also quick. Morning driver ws very nice with respect to instructions for return. I ade a mistake at self checkout , 1 am in morning, the woman at the window was extremely nice and corrected the problem . Everyone was very helpful.
