Fast and convenient
I have used Spot for years, and now my adult son is using it also. When we checked in on Jan.22,2024 at 6am the reader would not read my QR code. We tried and tried. Then the man behind us came up to us and said you have 6 cars waiting behind you.
So I put my CC in the machine. I had already prepaid for the parking. It took my cc and let me enter. I was so embarrased.
I feel you machine needs updated or something. And, more buses to pick up people it was cold out and we had to wait 10 or more minutes.
Now I am going to be scared to use Spot again. I had to come home and check my cc statement I was afraid I was changed twice. But I wasn't.

It is very easy to part and get to the airport. Although this time we had to wait a long time at the airport for our shuttle. Have never waited that long before. But I will still use Parking Spot in the future.
Always the pick ups are FAST either from the airport or the parking lot. Friendly drivers that help with your luggage.

Normally the services are very good, but this go round the driver was horrible. I didn’t get his name, but he was late with the pick up, driving crazy, and really didn’t help with the bags like they normally do. It was Monday 1/29/24 around 9:15 am
Easy to reserve a spot on line. Parking lots are easy to get to. Quick pickup service after arrival at the lot. Reasonable cost, especially if have used the parking spot before or stay for a longer stretch of days. Several choices to pick from, covered or uncovered parking.
