It is so easy! I love being able to prebook on the app and pay getting that out of the way. This way when your trip comes, it’s easy to park and ride right to drop off. After your return home, just use the app to find pick up and your headed right back to your car.

I am disappointed, however, that the drop off spot a the SLC terminal has been moved so far from the door to the terminal.

Fast service and easy in and out

The customer service is exceptional. The drivers are very friendly, caring and professional all at the same time. It is very easy to drive in, park, get picked up and dropped off at the door. After a long flight back, more times than not a shuttle is sitting their waiting for riders. If one is not waiting, it is just a matter of minutes before one shows up. Once again they drop you off at your car and will even put my luggage in my car for me. Check in and Check out is very easy. At busy times it can be a little expensive but the ease of getting to the airport off sets that.

Convenience. HOWEVER, I am concerned about some of your drivers watching something in their phone while driving.

It's easy to reserve a parking space. The prices to pre-reserve parking spaces are wonderfully low. The process for checking-in and checking-out is very easy and is done with an App on your smart phone. The shuttle service is very efficient with pickup location and time, again made simple because the App on your phone tracks your location in the airport, the location of the shuttles, and drop off areas. The shuttle operators are professional and courteous. All in all, it's a best way to reserve parking at the airport at reasonable prices and customer service has always been awesome!

Cost is affordable, facility is clean and safe and drivers are courteous. Usually the wait for a shuttle is not that bad, but this is an area that could be improved upon. The app helps understand where the shuttles are.
