Always top quality service when Zerorez cleans our carpets. On time, efficient, polite and friendly.
The carpet still has a very slight lingering smell, but Ill be booking another appointment in the coming months for a follow up treatment :)

I had just bought them this year & they look still dirty I said something & he said I’ll go back over them & the big one looks great the orher 3 look & are still DIRTY💔😩

It was the first time I had my stone tile cleaned. Zerorez did an awesome job, the tile looks new! I wish I’d done this years ago.

The technician seemed to rush through the job. He completed the 6 rooms in under 1.25 hours. The spots that were pointed out were not improved at all. Spots in the upstairs area were clearly not touched.

Carpet always looks great. Good customer service! One time, I spot cleaned with a brand name cleaner. The stain reappeared. When I treated the spot with Zerorez, it was gone forever. I use Zerorez for my personal carpet cleaner for my small studio. I love Zerorez!

My rug was still dirty afterwards. I went over it afterwards with a home cleaner and some hot water and tons of black water keeps coming out. It doesn’t look or smell fresh/clean.

Rep was constantly trying to up sell additional services even after I told him 3 times that I was not interested in additional services. The small stains on are carpet are now bigger and more visible.
